2 General visit to our website

The following data is processed or logged when you visit our website:

  • referrer URL (the previously visited website)
  • host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
  • Time of server request.

We use this data for our legitimate interests in accordance with Art 6 Para 1 lit f GDPR solely to optimize the presentation and to provide evidence of illegal use of our website. We delete it after seven days if there is no legal basis for a longer storage period.

Your personal data will not be published by us. As part of this data processing, the data is transmitted to an IT processor within the affiliated company. On a case-by-case basis, this service provider commissions sub-processors.

3 Further training portal

The further training portal is only available to employees of Schmidholding G.m.b.H. – Available group. Already registered users of the portal must log in with their user ID (e-mail address) and a password. This data is already stored in the portal. We will only treat, store and use your personal information and personal data with the utmost care and discretion. The provisions of the GDPR and local laws are observed and ensured in particular by appropriate organizational and technical precautions.
